YESONJ

Measure J requires that 10% of locally generated, unrestricted county money — estimated between $360 million and $900 million anually— be spent on a variety of social services, including housing, mental health treatment and investments in communities disproportionally harmed by racism. The county will be prohibited from using the money on prisons, jails or law enforcement agencies.

YES ON J

Sometimes you do projects because you believe so strongly in the mission that you have no choice but to accept. That was the case with work for Yes On J. Measure J was passed in Los Angeles County in November 2020 with a nearly 60% approval.
